This presentation will focus on the management of refractory AWS with adjunctive agents. Pharmacological properties of each adjunctive agent and their respective roles in the treatment of refractory AWS will be reviewed. Literature surrounding the use of adjunctive agents will also be evaluated. Evidence based recommendations will be formulated to determine which clinical scenarios are best suited for management with each adjunctive agent for refractory AWS.
