The third in our 2019 series of continuing education webinars for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Presented by PipelineRx and Carilion Clinics.
This continuing education presentation will highlight various conundrums associated with direct acting oral anticoagulants. The conundrums will consist of topics such as renal dosing, dosing in obese patients, and more. Each conundrum will be presented and then discussed using current literature. Following a review of the literature, a recommendation for clinical practice application will be presented based on evidence from the literature.
